It is with great pleasure that we announce and invite Brockton families/friends to join us in our Dual Language Programs Informational Session with Parents' Academy.

The Dual Language programs are dedicated to the research-based educational model of literacy and content instruction in two languages: English and a second language. The students spend part of their day in each classroom and in each language with the overall goal of achieving biliteracy, bilingualism and biculturalism.

Join the large numbers of students and families across the country who are seeking this additive model in having their children learn a second language starting in Kindergarten.

This Showcase session is exclusively devoted to the presentation about these Dual Language programs, enrollment and lottery processes, details about classrooms and curriculum and an opportunity for parents/guardians to ask questions.

The Dual Language programs traditionally accept students beginning in Kindergarten; if you have a child who will be eligible to enter kindergarten in the Fall 2018, this informational program is designed to provide the specific details about a very successful language learning program in our own district.

We are looking forward to seeing you on February 15th!
