The focus of the Brockton School Department is to provide instruction to suit the needs of its students. Our main objectives are to give college-bound students the greatest opportunities to meet the increasing competitiveness of college entrance and to prepare our non college-bound students to meet the demands of today's business world.

Of course, our educational programs are only as good as the caliber of the teachers employed to implement them. Consequently, the City of Brockton is interested in securing excellent teachers.
