Lynne Tartaglia
TV Production Specialist

A modern television facility is located on the second floor of the Fine Arts Building.

This studio not only conducts classes for students but also lends assistance to teachers and administrators in creating subject related and informational television productions. The studio also acts as a community link to the local cable educational channel, Brockton Community Access. Much of the work produced is aired on Cable Channel 98.

    Television Production I
    Television Production II
    Television III - Advanced Production

Awards:
Each year a TV Center Award is presented to a senior for his or her achievement, excellence, and service to the school and the TV Club.

TV Club

  • Advisor:
    Ms. Lynne Tartaglia, TV Studio in Fine Arts, 580-7658
     
  •  Membership Requirements:
    Open to all students who are interested in TV production.
     
  • Time Commitment:
    There are regular after-school meetings, and students are also expected to spend some time in the evening to produce TV programs.
     
  • Activity Highlights:
    Students are involved in cable productions such as school concerts, sports videotaping, cable programs and video contests.
     
  • Comments:
    Students learn by use of state-of-the-art equipment and instruction that keeps pace with technology.
